Canada home sales are on the increase. Half the cities in Canada are seeing growth of 10% or more in home sales. Mild price appreciation is being reported in most areas. In some cities, bidding wars have broken out due to low supply and increasing demand. It bodes well for the U.S. that our market is firming up, and therefore, the whole north Amercian region may be headed to a rebound in the housing market. The Tampa Tribune reported strong sales continued
in the U.S. this past month. Most of us in the industry have stayed quite busy since last November. Let's hope this is the advent of a strong turnaround.
